On-Premise Enterprise Email Productivity Software

C-MAIL can be delivered as an On-Premise delivery solution, wherein C-MAIL servers sit behind the company’s firewall and are managed by the company’s internal IT department.

C-MAIL’s On-Premise solution can run on as few as two servers, and can easily be scaled up to meet higher requirements. Some reasons for selecting the On-Premise delivery method may include containing C-MAIL within a company's infrastructure in order to integrate with the company’s regulated environment or to comply with the company’s security policies or large number of C-MAIL users (generally more than 5,000 users).

C-MAIL On-Premise is supported by our experienced ASP Operations Staff in the US who train and share the knowledge-base with your internal IT Staff with thorough documentation and by providing 3rd level and/or 2nd level technical support.

    • Fast implementation for highly regulated companies: C-MAIL is fully contained behind company’s firewall allowing faster approvals from the company’s security and compliance departments.

    • Zero interference with your messaging network. C-MAIL Servers are stand-alone servers and require no network connection with your messaging servers (such as MS Exchange, Blackberry Servers). Therefore, your MS Outlook / Exchange / Blackberry services function normally with or without C-MAIL availability.
    • No version control headache or paying extra for new features: with the approval of your internal IT administrator C-MAIL Server automatically checks and applies any applicable updates/upgrades to the servers as well as to the user desktops.
    • Designed to suit the needs of highly mobile users and virtual teams: C-MAIL software is designed to continue working on your desktop or laptop (except the C-MAIL Dashboard functionality) even when you are not connected to the company network. It holds the data locally and automatically synchronizes with the C-MAIL Server as soon as you have internet access or connect to your company’s network.

Prerequisites for C-MAIL On-Premise:
Desktop Prerequisites:

    • MS Outlook 2007 running on Windows Vista or Windows XP (SP2 or later)
    • Desktop Hardware: Minimum 1.0 GB Memory, Pentium 4 Processor
    • High-Speed Internet Connection is preferred at the time of software installation

Server Prerequisites:

    • MS SQL 2005 Enterprise Database Server with minimum one dual-core processor and 4 GB memory (Windows 2003 OS, Visual Studio 2005)
    • Windows IIS Web Server with minimum 2 GB memory
